I am Randy Horton, your USAW Level 1 Olympic/Sports specific Coach and Trainer.

Over the past 15 years, I have trained professional, collegiate, and high school athletes to be Above the Rest in their chosen field of expertise. The list includes, but is not limited to, football, soccer, softball, baseball, track, tennis, and swimming.

My experience is deep and vast! At UCLA, I served as the assistant speed/strength and agility Coach, while at Occidental College, I served as the Head Strength Coach for Women’s Softball, and I have served as a High School Head Football/Track Coach in a plethora of programs. My credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Sports and Recreation Management and I am currently working on my Master’s in Coaching and Exercise Science with a concentration in Humane Performance.

Most recently, given our craft is ever changing, I recently completed a 12week internship with the Football Program at University of California at Berkeley.

My specialty is beholden to strength, speed, agility. Because I am a former professional and collegiate athlete, I also train specific sports position such as Sprinters and Middle Distant Runners, Defensive Backs, Linebackers, Defensive Linemen along with Wide Receivers. Given my amount of expertise I also specialize in injury rehabilitation and nutrition guidance that impacts the health and performance at an elite level.
